Darra, Australia National Disability and Community Services Full time

Support clients to access activities and outings in the community.
- Provide direct care assistance to each client in accordance with their service plan and as directed by the Manager.
- Work in accordance with the medication administration policy, work health and safety procedures and client right’s policies including privacy and confidentiality.
- Monitor the safety and well-being of the clients and report any concerns to the Manager.
- Provide 1:1 or small group training and support in response to individual client needs.
- Ensure completion of appropriate documentation. Relevant information on support provided is to be recorded in client notes and communication book as required.

Health Condition of Client includes:

- Parkinsonism
- Psycho-social condition
- Schizo-affective disorder
- CPTSD
- Bladder incontinence
- Stage 4 COPD

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $65.75 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Fixed shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

COVID-19 considerations:
All the staffs are required to wear a mask, common surfaces are sanitised regularly, vaccination requirements, etc.
