Newly created position for an experienced Architect in construction documentation and project delivery.

**Your new role**
- You must be able to inspire Architecture clients in relation to design principles that could impact major construction decisions
- Preparing construction documentation for our homes in Revit when required.
- Managing day to day workflow of design team based on project deliverables.
- Liaising with construction team, sub consultants and builders throughout the documentation and construction process.
- Ensure all drawings are completed accurately to reflect consultant feedback and regulatory standards by undertaking QA on all projects documented in house.
- Providing mark-ups on documentation procured by external consultants.
- Managing and updating specifications and schedules in an ongoing capacity to ensure we are delivering the best product.
- Liaising with construction and teams in house to ensure consistency with our designs and that they meet the functional requirements.
- Manage multiple projects at a time, meeting deadlines and achieve outstanding construction solutions.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary Qualifications in Architecture, Design, Construction Management, Building Science or similar
- You will be working as a Project Architect/ Senior Project Architect in an Architecture and Design firm
- Must have previous experience in the delivery of projects
- A strategic mind with the ability to engage others and drive initiatives
- Demonstrated leadership and development capability
- Be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to engage and work with external consultants
- In depth knowledge of building regulations including Australian Standards, NCC and BCA
- Demonstrated experience in residential construction documentation
- Ability to problem solve and workshop alternative design solutions where require
- Strong commercial acumen and analysis capability
- Great communication and influencing skills deal with high level stakeholders
- Advanced leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across multiple functions
- High level of attention to details and numerical analysis and interpretation
