Long established and fast growing non bank lender is recruiting a Credit/Investment Analyst.

**The Company**

Our client is a fast growing non bank lender specialising in property and construction finance. Established 20+ years ago, they have provided funding for numerous senior property loans across a range of commercial, industrial and residential real estate assets.

**Responsibilities**
- Support and jointly lead the origination, structuring and execution of property secured debt transactions
- Property due diligence and credit analysis
- Prepare investment papers
- Assist with maintaining strong relationships with borrowers, investors and brokers

**Skills and Experience**
- A tertiary qualification in Commerce (or similar)
- 3+ years financial services experience (non-bank, banks, financial institutions, private investment firms / groups or related professional)
- Experience in real estate and construction credit analysis and financial modelling beneficial but not mandatory
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
