**About ABAlink**
ABAlink Early intervention Services has been in operation since 2007. Based in tp Ryde, we specialise in the delivery of evidence based early Intervention programs for children with Autism in Sydney.

As a business that is undergoing strong organic growth, we are looking to appoint a Human Resources Manager who will own the HR function end to end, collaborate with the leadership team to drive business improvement and a customer-focused culture within the organisation.

**As a key part of the leadership team, we are looking for an individual who has**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of Australian employment law and WH&S regulations.
- Worked previously in the community sector under the NDIS framework.
- Knowledge and experience managing a broad range of HR issues including performance management, industrial relations, workforce planning, employee relations etc.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people both internal and external.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organisational, analytical, problem solving and management skills.
- Internet and PC proficiency with advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook skills.
- Previous experience working within the NDIS framework.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the Human Resources department, as well as Quality Compliance and Work Health and Safety within the NDIS Framework.
This role would suit a motivated leader who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with employees at all levels.

A strong focus on organisational re-engineering and simplification to support growth challenges is key. Likewise, is the drive to develop our existing team to expand their skill set for both their personal and company benefit.
