Our experienced team is made up of mechanics, body builders, fabricators, spray painters, chassis aligners, electricians and fibreglassers and they only use quality parts and repair to manufacturer specifications. Conveniently located only 8kms from central Melbourne, near the Ring Road and Westgate Bridge, Western Truck Repairs has been repairing trucks and trailers for over 30 years.

**The Opportunity**:
An exciting opportunity awaits for a General Yard Hand with a HR/HC truck licence to join our team at Western Truck Repairs in Williamstown. Your main responsibilities will revolve around the upkeep of our yard and workshop area, as well as assisting with vehicle deliveries and detailing trucks.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Relocate vehicles from premises to street parking to free up workshop access
- Relocate customer and company vehicles from street into business premises
- Picking up and dropping off customers trucks and buses
- Picking up spare parts from suppliers
- Tag and store keys
- Maintain grounds of premises
- Wash and Detail vehicles when required
- General labour and maintenance as and when required

- A keen willingness to learn
- Reliable and hard working
- Physically fit and able to cope with manual labour
- _ HC Truck licence (Essential)_
- _ Experience detailing (Preferable)_
- _ Experience doing yard work (Preferable)_
