**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dependable Civil Labourer to join our growing construction team. This role involves supporting a wide range of civil construction activities such as site setup, trenching, concreting, pipe installation, roadwork, and general labouring. It’s ideal for someone who is physically strong, safety-aware, and enjoys working outdoors in a fast-moving environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help with the preparation and clean-up of construction sites
- Carry out general labour duties including digging, material handling, and ground compaction
- Use hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner
- Provide assistance to machine operators and other crew members when required
- Follow directions from supervisors and comply with all safety procedures
- Contribute to tasks such as roadworks, drainage, concreting, and pipe installation
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and well-organized

**Requirements**:

- Experience in civil construction or general labouring is an advantage but not essential
- White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks
- Dependable, punctual, and demonstrates a strong work ethic
- Able to work effectively within a team and take direction well
- Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transport
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
