Our Engagement and Referral Lead builds strong partnerships with stakeholders across the Victorian legal sector to ensure Legal Help’s referral pathways are effective in providing the best quality service to our clients.

- **Salary range: $98,902 - $123,624 (pro rata) plus super plus salary packaging**:

- **Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model**

**About the role**:
Legal Help has an exciting new opportunity to join our Knowledge and Capability team as an Engagement and Referral Lead. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are passionate about relationship building and optimising business processes and practices that improve service delivery.

In this role, you will engage and collaborate with our stakeholders and partners to gather insights that improve Legal Help's referral practices and partnerships. You will develop and enhance data collection tools that measure impact, form recommendations to optimise services and processes and advocate for change. You will also help plan learning activities to support our people in implementing new referral pathways and specialised services.

**About you**:

- Have great interpersonal and communication skills
- Be able to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse range of stakeholders
- Be able to interpret changes in the law, understand their impacts and communicate them in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
- Quickly acquire knowledge of relevant Justice sector referral practices and policy frameworks
- Leverage data and insights to make recommendations and influence decisions
- Be organised with an ability to project manage and lead change
- Be courageous and resilient with a can-do attitude
