**The role**:

This is a permanent full-time position, working 38 hours per week as a storeperson in Bassendean. You will be working Monday to Friday, 07:00am - 03:15pm. The rate is $30-35 p/h. This position would suit someone with a stores, inventory and warehousing background, and has a willingness to learn.

**About the client**:
**Duties**:

- Load and unload shipments safely
- Properly stretch wrap all pallet goods to be shipped, using a stretch wrap machine
- Scheduling driver delivery Runs
- Stack, store and efficiently move products to the appropriate areas
- Keep work area clean and orderly at all times
- Perform picking duties efficiently
- Conduct stock rotation
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage
- Report any damages to products or quality variances
- Complete and submit required paperwork thoroughly, accurately, and timely
- Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards
- Perform other tasks and duties as needed upon request by manager

**To be considered for this role you will need to have the following**:

- Current WA driver licence & own transport
- Be physically fit and able to complete manual handling tasks (lift up to 25kg)
- Flexible and available to work overtime when required
- Have a valid First Aid Certificate
- Forklift licence LF and 2-3 years of experience
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform basic mathematics add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Understand inventory control principles and procedures, and have computer skills
- Undergo a pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol screening
