**How will you make an impact?**

The Boutique Manager is responsible for the effective operation of the maison’s boutique by achieving business objectives and ensuring a superior standard of service that exceeds client expectations. You will lead, inspire and motivate the team to drive sales performance and build networks in the community.

You are fundamental in developing the maison and promoting its awareness and values in Australia.

**How will you experience success with us?**
- You will have previous management experience in the luxury retail industry
- You will have a strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics
- You will have strong selling skills, and you will be result and action oriented
- You will be a great team player with good interpersonal competences and empathy
- You will be curious and self-motivated, with excellent customer service mind-set
- You will have a strong attention to detail with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- You will be an excellent communicator, able to develop a network
- You will Lead by example demonstrating passion towards IWC and develop / train a high performing team
