**About the job**:
We’re seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team in Morayfield. With a consistent supply of quality pre-owned vehicles, you’ll have the ideal platform to showcase your refined sales expertise and enjoy strong earning potential in a supportive environment.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales, gross profit, NPS, and aftermarket targets, including finance and insurance opportunities.
- Provide seamless, personalised service aligned with Customer Compass Principles, from first contact to post-delivery follow-up.
- Accurately manage enquiries, documentation, and compliance while ensuring showroom presentation and product knowledge are always up to date.
- Build rapport, encourage feedback, and promote aftersales services to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Support team success, attend meetings, share insights, and continuously seek ways to improve customer experience and business processes.
- Actively seek opportunities to grow, innovate, and enhance both personal and business performance.

**About you**:

- Must hold a Motor Sales License with a proven background in customer-facing roles with strong selling and customer service skills; experience in team environments is essential, with automotive or retail sales experience desirable.
- Available to work Saturdays; fixed weekly RDO and work across sites is a plus.
- Demonstrates a customer-first mindset, persuasive sales ability, effective self-management, and a drive for sales performance.
