**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of medical centre experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a busy work environment.
- Proficiency in Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance billings preferred.
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritisation of workflow.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a drive to make a meaningful impact on our patients and practice.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional front desk service and support to patients and medical staff.
- Ensure the smooth operation of daily activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay organized, proactive, and adaptable while managing various administrative tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and continually enhance your skills.

Pay: $26.95 - $31.00 per hour
