**The Role**:
As the Barista, you will be working within our Food and Beverage team to support the Food and Beverage Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the day-to-day operations of our outlets by making Melbourne's best tasting coffees and creating connections with guests.

**Some of the responsibilities include**:

- Hot and cold beverage production, with coffee being the main focus
- Providing personalised and outstanding service to all guests
- Keeping equipment clean and operating
- Handle all guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manger
- Set, clear and reset designated working areas

**Qualifications**:
**About you**:

- Experience in a fast-paced environment and working as a Barista with 1-2 years' experience is advantageous
- Understanding of Melbourne coffee culture and coffee making techniques, such as latte art
- A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage your time
- The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
