We are a leading real estate firm in **Brisbane, Australia. **We arespecialising in residential and commercial properties, known for our market expertise and commitment to client satisfaction. We are currently seeking a Junior Property Manager to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Managing residential properties, including administrative tasks.

Overseeing rent arrears and lease renewals.

Coordinating maintenance and inspections.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Conducting leasing and routine inspections.

**Essential Requirements**:
Exceptional command of the English language (native or extremely fluent)

Mandarin language skills are an advantage but not a requirement

Demonstrated loyalty, integrity, and a strong work ethic

Meticulous attention to detail

High efficiency in task management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Possession of a valid driver's license

Exhibits responsibility

A dedicated team player with communication and interpersonal skills

In-depth understanding of property management principles

Professional demeanour, efficient workflow, and a proactive, can-do attitude

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
