Rick Shores is one of Australia’s most iconic beachfront restaurants, known for its award-winning modern Asian dining, oceanfront setting, and world-class service. We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Bar Manager/ Supervisor** to join our leadership team and help us deliver exceptional experiences for both our valued guests and team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Venue Manager in overseeing day-to-day beverage operations
- Lead, train, and inspire front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding service.
- Assist with rostering, inventory control and compliance.
- Drive guest experience and manage service standards in a high-volume, premium environment.
- Work closely with senior management to achieve financial and service KPIs.

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated cocktail creation, service skills
- Ability to train and develop others in cocktails, spirts, beer and wine knowledge and production
- Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within premium dining or high-end hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- RSA certification essential.
