As a Residential Construction Supervisor, you will undertake a fast-paced and technically demanding role that plays a crucial part in our customers' journey to their new homes. We have an exciting opportunity available in the Sunny Coast area, covering Caloundra, Aura, Palmview, and Caboolture.

**About the Role**:
Your responsibilities will include scheduling and managing trades, suppliers, materials delivery, customer communication and expectations, and ultimately ensuring the smooth and safe delivery of high-quality new homes for our customers.

Working closely with your Construction Manager and other supervisors in your team, you will build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal Plantation Homes team members.

- Providing an exceptional experience for our customers throughout their new home journey.
- Supervising the construction of multiple new homes while adhering to customer service, quality, safety, and agreed timeframe guidelines.
- Coordinating trade schedules to ensure a seamless build process.
- Cultivating respectful and cooperative partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Collaborating with our HSE team to maintain a high standard of workplace health and safety.

**About You**:
With supervisory experience in the residential volume construction industry and a trade background, you are genuinely passionate about constructing market-leading homes for our valued customers. Possessing a Cert IV in Building & Construction and a Site Supervisor Licence, your success in this role stems from building trust with customers and trades, as well as effectively managing multiple projects from start to finish.

You value your reputation and view our brand as an extension of your own. While your role allows for significant autonomy, you will be joining a larger team known for supporting and assisting one another. You are approachable, well-organised, and have excellent communication skills. Even under pressure, you remain calm and professional, knowing when to seek consultation from others.
