**Your new role**
The Project Officer - Client Services position manages enquiries and provides information, responds to, and follows up with the service’s clients whilst supporting the implementation of the service. In doing so, the role must maintain current and accurate case management records, systems, and databases. Maintaining a high level of integrity is critical to the success of this service, you will provide reporting and be well versed in data security and privacy policies.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in exceptional customer service, including the ability to positively relate and provide courteous and helpful support with a strong understanding of privacy and data security policies.
- Proven experience in a service delivery culture that focusses on diplomatically managing customer expectations and in taking responsibility for assigned cases and striving to track, follow up, and resolve them in a timely manner, in accordance with policies, procedures and directions and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Demonstrated empathetic verbal and written communication skills to address enquiries.
- Ability to seek information needed to solve problems, inspire trust by treating all individuals fairly, and to identify and propose practical solutions.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to create and maintain current and complete records and communications, combined with a demonstrated understanding of the importance of data integrity and reporting
