About the role
About the Role
Join AGL Energy as a Brand Consultant and play a key role in shaping and protecting one of Australia’s leading brands. You’ll support the development and execution of brand strategy, champion brand guidelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives. This role is a 6 month contract to cover an internal secondment/promotion.
What you’ll bring to the team and work on:
- Support brand strategy to ensure consistent brand presence across all channels.
- Develop, manage and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity to ensure a solid and consistent brand presence across internal and external touchpoints and channels, to position AGL as a leading brand in Australia.
- Lead or contribute to integrated brand campaign creative development, production and media planning (digital, social, traditional and emerging).
- Provide strategic brand advice to internal stakeholders. Identify opportunities to leverage and strengthen the brand including adopting new technologies.
- Manage agency relationships and deliver high-quality, on-brand outputs.
- Analyse market and campaign performance to inform strategy and agency briefs.
- Drive internal brand education and engagement, including supporting events, activations or internal communications.
What you’ll bring:
- Seasoned and Tenured experience in brand management or marketing with specific responsibility for brand management.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in and understanding of brand and campaign management as well as production processes.
- Strong, proven communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to interact effectively and build strong relationships at all levels.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and campaign analytics
- Excellent organisational abilities, project management experience with the ability to multi-task, and work under pressure while retaining a high attention to detail.
- Agency experience and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
