We are currently recruiting for an experienced **Study Manager** to join our team in **Brisbane.**

There is no shortage of fascinating studies from every corner of the world. Passionate debates with your team, questioning the way things have always been done and designing unique solutions to match clients’ commercial drivers with ingenious engineering are just a part of your daily routine.

**About the role**
- Maintain a consistently high quality of studies output by planning, coordinating, managing resources, technical quality, and study progress.
- Managing existing client relationships to maximise business opportunity for Ausenco.
- Seek out new opportunities through networking, referrals and market research.
- Develop a healthy opportunity pipeline for the base metals, gold and minerals mining market.
- Communicate with clients and professional colleagues.
- Formulate effective business cases through bringing together technical knowledge and commercial concepts.

**About you**
- 10+ years’ experience in the mining industry with strong base metals, gold and minerals processing experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in study management covering scoping, concept, prefeasibility, feasibility and FEED phases
- A registered Professional Engineer is desirable.
- Holding PMP Certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in the development, delivery and operation of mining or mineral processing studies and EPCM projects.
- Previously worked on a client/owner's team or been a study manager, area manager, engineering manager or lead engineer on several projects/studies.
- An established contact network within designated market (base metals and minerals) would be a major advantage.
- Willingness to travel when required.
