**Your opportunity**
We have an exciting new role for an experienced content producer who can develop engaging content that showcases our amazing clients, employees and the world class evidence informed work that we do that supports people to live their life well. This is a pivotal role in our team that will help us take our brand to the next level

You’ll play a lead role in the conceptualisation, writing, production and management of engaging and compelling content to achieve our brand and marketing objectives across paid, owned, earned and shared channels, including social media, website, blogs, eDM’s, intranet and other digital and print channels to inform and attract our target audiences to our programs and services.

We seek a dynamic, self-motivated individual with skills in content production and distribution (digital and print), including graphic design, copy writing, video filming and editing, and photography.

By creating engaging content and rolling out strategic marketing initiatives, you’ll assist us to strengthen our brand and reputation within the industry and in new and existing markets to support our growth strategies, as we continue to expand our footprint nationally.

You will join a small but impactful Marketing and Communications team, that is highly regarded by our internal stakeholders, and deeply committed to supporting the organisation to deliver on its objective to provide more services, to more people in more places, so they can live their life well.

**You’ll know that you’re leaving a positive wake when**:

- You develop high-quality design, video, photography and written content in alignment with LLW brand and marketing briefs to support achievement of brand and marketing objectives and business goals.
- You help drive and deliver LLW’s content marketing strategy across all paid, owned, earned and shared channels.
- You produce and manage all LLW marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, reports, merchandise, display material and signage, plus brand style guides.
- You support the ongoing management of all LLW’s digital platforms to ensure they meet business objectives and adhere to relevant internal policies and best practice.

The salary package is competitive, commensurate with experience and includes a base salary (in the range of $70,000 to $80,000 pa), plus salary packaging, superannuation, leave loading (17.5%), and 5 additional days of paid wellbeing leave.

**What you’ll bring**
To succeed in this role, there are some essentials you’ll need:

- a proven track record of measurable success as a content producer in a similar role.
- to have excellent visual and written storytelling abilities with an eye for design, composition and editing and strong attention to detail.
- to be a team player with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills who is self-driven to deliver to deadlines and keeping up to date with technical knowledge.
- relevant tertiary qualifications in design, film and TV or marketing.
- proficient skills in the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro, with a portfolio of work.
- high level knowledge and skills using Microsoft Office suite.
- to be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively within the team and be resourceful to find ways to get the job done in a fast-paced environment.
- exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, especially in stakeholder collaboration.
