About the role
The Technology Lead, Infrastructure Services is responsible for the strategic development, and leading the development of technology roadmaps that leverage Cenitex's competitive advantage. It will work collaboratively with key stakeholders and develop business cases for existing and future technologies, tools and training for consideration by the business.
**Day to day you'll be expected to**:
- Manage the development of technology roadmaps in the Infrastructure Service Strategy Team
- Identify and investigate opportunities to introduce emerging technologies
- Promote and influence organisational uptake of emerging solutions and guidance in Cloud and Hosting
- Develop business cases and proposals in consultation with stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance to all Operational, Presales, Account and Architecture teams
**To be a success in this role you need to have**:
- Demonstrated experience in guiding a team of technical specialists and Architects
- Strong technical knowledge of Cloud and Hosting technologies
- Keep abreast of emerging trends in Cloud and Hosting
- Demonstrated experience identifying, evaluating and recommending new and emerging technologies, including the development of technical roadmaps
- Ability to work with peers to achieve goals and deliver quality outcomes for our customers
- Other skillsets required for this role
- Significant knowledge and experience working cloud infrastructure and services (including storage and backup) focusing on the major hyperscalers (e.g., AWS and Azure).
- Proven industry Subject Matter Expert in Cloud solutions
