We have an exciting opportunity for a **Melbourne based Dietician **to join our team to provide dietetics advice to IMPROMY consultants and consumers in **Victoria and Tasmania **as part of the IMPROMY program.

Developed in collaboration with CSIRO, Australia’s peak scientific body, the IMPROMY program focuses on weight loss and good nutrition through nutritious and great tasting meal replacements along with high protein meals and ongoing support by trained pharmacy staff.

Based in-field, you will play a key educational role to Pharmacists and their staff to train them on the program for them to consult to clients in store, deliver bespoke consumer events and overall, partner and support the retailer to grow their client base and achieve genuine sales growth.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Deliver education and training to Pharmacy consultants either face to face instore, or via remote learning
- Grow and maintain intimate retailer relationships across all accounts and all geographies
- Develop and maintain the accounts promotional calendars, manage account correspondence and planning call cycles every 4 to 12 weeks
- Capture in-store opportunities to improve IMPROMY’s brand position and deliver selling and merchandising objectives
- Identify and implement account specific or local area marketing opportunities

**Who are you?**
- A qualified dietitian (D.A.A accredited), with previous experience or exposure to retail pharmacy an advantage
- Confident to stand up in front of an audience, presenting engaging information/training to groups and 1:1
- High levels of resilience, can work autonomously, and have a passion for making a difference to the health and wellbeing of Australian consumers
- Sound Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills, with some level of commercial acumen

This impactful role might suit a qualified Dietician who either has graduated and is looking to put their studies into practice, or a seasoned Dietician/qualified Pharmacist looking to further their career in Dietetics. You will be excited by the chance to work with health care professionals on a scientific consultation-based program developed by CSIRO, designed to make a real difference to the health and well-being of everyday Australians.
