**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the Client Service and Onboarding Team.
- Oversee the client onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in client service and onboarding, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
