**THE GIG**
Our jobs aren’t just about giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out. Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique. Our **Welcome Desk Agent (Guest Service Agent)** takes the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. You will provide our guests with the '**W**' experience and surprise and delight them every moment you get. You must have a focus on Loyalty and Guest Service, and require experience in the following:
**YOUR LUST FOR LIFE**
- Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
- Experience with **OPERA** property management system
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
- Energised in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster with a minimum availability of three days a week
- Must be available to work AM, PM, and Overnight Shifts
