Our client is a luxury resort brand stocked globally - they embody the holiday feel in their daily life - by embarking on new journeys, experiencing different cultures and meeting new people. This brand has rapidly gained global recognition and is sold online, through more than 30 stores and the best retailers and hoteliers in the world.

Through this newly available role, as a Boutique Manager in their recently opened Sydney CBD flagship you will be responsible for inspiring your team alongside of managing and developing the performance of your store. You will engage in marketing activations, client relationship management and brand awareness activities to build customer awareness and brand loyalty.

Day-to-day duties will include:

- Achieving sales targets both personal and store level and ensuring the ongoing profitability of the store.
- Adhering to VM guidelines and standards, including a smooth store model implementation for new collection launches.
- Recruiting and developing a high performing team through the use of development paths and provided training tools, in order to optimize store performance that reflects the brand's qualities.
