About the Role:

Coach Outlet is coming to Liverpool We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our newest location and bring the Coach experience to life for our outlet customers.

As the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for launching and leading our Liverpool Outlet store. You'll drive team performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure the store reflects the energy and accessibility of the Coach Outlet brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Drive operational excellence, including stock management and visual merchandising
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a strong store culture
  • Implement outlet-specific strategies to maximize foot traffic and conversion
  • Maintain high standards of loss prevention and compliance
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to execute brand and promotional initiatives
About You:
  • Proven experience in retail management, ideally in outlet or high-volume environments
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Passion for customer service and brand storytelling
  • Commercially minded with a focus on results and KPIs
  • Adaptable, energetic, and excited to lead a new store opening
