**About The Role**

Roster: Lifestyle roster (5/4, 4/5, 5/5) with 12.5-hour day and night shifts.
Reporting to: Workshop Superintendent.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, coaching, and developing team members by setting clear expectations, monitoring performance, and mentoring others.
- Managing and executing daily maintenance of a large mobile maintenance fleet.
- Providing practical input into all relevant short and long-term maintenance plans.
- Increasing equipment availability and reliability by ensuring all maintenance activities are planned and carried out to a high standard, safely and timely.
- Assisting the Superintendent in implementing safety and productivity strategies.
- Playing an active role in all incident investigations under your control.
- Creating solutions with self-motivation to develop plans for challenges presented in the workplace.

**About You**

We seek individuals with a proven track record in leading and developing employees, driving safety, maintenance improvement, cost reduction, and equipment performance and selection. As a Workshop Maintenance Supervisor, you will be capable of operating unsupervised and possess excellent knowledge of mobile plant and NSW coal mining legislation.

Additionally, you will hold:

- A mechanical trade certificate or tertiary qualification in mechanical engineering.
- Extensive post-trade or relevant mobile maintenance experience in a mining environment.
- Previous leadership experience.
- A strong commitment to health, safety, environment, and community.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proven experience in maintenance planning and condition monitoring.
- The ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of relevant mining legislation, including NSW DII MDGs, codes of practice, and relevant Australian Standards.
