We’re looking for a Doors Operations Supervisor to join our Service team based in Newcastle region.

In this position you will lead 2 experienced and capable teams within our Doors business, Sydney Metro and Canberra Metro, where you will ensure operational objectives and high levels of customer satisfaction is attained. This is a critical role within our Southern region and reports to the Regional Doors Manager. You will implement strategies for providing cost-effective, consistent and reliable maintenance services. You will lead an experienced and capable team with accountability for driving profitable business outcomes. What will you be doing?
- Reports to Regional Doors Manager
- Lead a Sydney Metro and Canberra Metro service team in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
- Customer Account Management: attend regular client meetings to review performance and provide timely and effective communication to customers. Proactive management of customer operational enquiries
- Profit and loss accountability - drive improved value-added sales outcomes and manage operational costs to meet KPIs
- Maintenance planning and service route optimisation
- Safety management and responsibility for staff in your area
- Enhance the KONE brand and ensure safe work practices are strictly followed in compliance with industry regulations and KONE's policies
- On-going coaching and mentoring of your team members

What are we looking for?
- Demonstrated success working within the service industry, leading a technical service/maintenance team
- Experienced in managing contractors and Sub-Contractors and customer compliance
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A team player, willing to proactively support the wider business line
- The ability to naturally build relationships and be genuinely motivated to go above and beyond expectations. A proactive communicator
- Strong operational and safety leadership skills with the ability and desire to mentor, coach and engage your team
- Hard working with the resilience to navigate a demanding role in a dynamic work environment. Strong time management skills.
- Experience within the customer service Industries
- Full Drivers licence
