Our client, a client-focused NDIS business, is expanding and growing, and due to this is seeking compassionate, caring, and qualified or experienced Disability Support Workers, to assist clients in the North and Western SIL.

Our clients do have some challenges, some may have challenging behaviors, some require constant supervision, and assistance with daily activities, and many with complex mental health issues. Please note some clients present with sexualised behaviors.

This role can be challenging and rewarding.

A majority of the clients a male,

Shifts

Monday to Friday

Day - starting times between 8:00am to 10:00am to between 4:00pm and 7:00pm

Nigth - starting times between 2:00pm and 6:00pm to between 8:00am t0 10:00am the following day

Sleepovers are passive, you will provide your own bed, lockable room, and bathroom, with a once-off payment to purchase bedding for work ($105).

We roster 4 weeks in advance, these roles commence as Casual, with set rosters, and progress to PTE after 6 months.

We are ideally seeking you to have availability for 3 - 5 shifts a week.

Hourly rate (base - level 1) commencing from $31.60 + penalties. Depending on your qualification and experience, your rate will be discussed in line with your experience.

If you don't hold a qualification, you can complete the qualification whilst working.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a full driving licence, full car insurance, and a registered vehicle.
- Current NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children's Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- COVID-19 by a minimum of 3 doses
- Working Rights in Australia
- Hold a Certificate III or IV in Disability or prepared to complete
- Previous experience with highly complex and difficult clients.

You will need to have clear verbal skills and reasonable written skills. Looking for those with a strong personality and prepared to work within a team and varying environment.
