Dance Coordinator

**The Opportunity**
The primary role of the position is to lead a team approach for the enthusiastic delivery and coordination of appropriate Grace Academy programs/co-curricular Dance activities for Years 7-12 students at our Rothwell campus.

**Campus**: Rothwell

**Position type**: Permanent part time, with possibility of full-time contract dependent on teaching load.

**Reporting to**: Head of Department

**Anticipated Commencement Date**:Term 1, 2025

**About you**
Qualifications, Certifications and Work-related Experience:
> Demonstrated ability to teach Year 11 and 12 QCAA Dance syllabus, highly desirable
> Accredited teacher with Lutheran Education Australia, highly desirable
> Preference for experienced teachers
> Ability to teach in another area could be an advantage
> Willingness to assist with student holistic care (GEL - Grow, Empower, Learn), Pastoral Care lessons, Chapel supervision, Inter-School sporting teams or recreational activities
> Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary curriculum issues in Performing Arts education
> Awareness of National curriculum imperatives.
