About the Role
As our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Medical Educator, you will lead the delivery of high-quality cultural and health training across national, regional, and local levels. Reporting to the National Clinical Lead, you will collaborate with regional training teams, Cultural Educators, Cultural Mentors, and external stakeholders to promote training pipelines for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
As an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Medical Educator you’ll:
deliver nationally consistent Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health and cultural training.
provide expert advice on programs reflective of community needs and challenges.
collaborate with stakeholders to maintain cohesive training frameworks.
advocate for and enhance training pipelines for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander GPs.
Skills & Experience
Extensive experience in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural and health training.
FRACGP qualification.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven ability to design and deliver medical education programs.
