**About the role**
We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. The **Procurement Administrator** is responsible for ensuring smooth processes and top-notch service. You will provide a diverse range of procurement and office administrative services to both internal and external stakeholders. Key aspects of the role include:
**Deliver value for members**
- Assist the procurement team with reporting and insights.
- Deliver continuous data reviews and identify opportunities to improve data.
**Build long lasting strategic relationships**
- Proactive management of the procurement inbox and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
**Enhance my knowledge of procurement**
- Provide general advice to stakeholders about overall services provided and resolving issues.
- Contributing to the enhancement of internal policies and procedures.
This role is available as a 6-month max-term/ secondment opportunity.
We are open to full-time or 4-day week arrangements.
**About you**
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
- You know Microsoft Office inside out, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- You are able to pick up knowledge of business and administration processes and systems.
- You can work well with other people.
- You have experience in the procurement or have an interest in this area.
- You work well independently. Use good judgement and know when you need to keep things confidential.
- Proactive thinker and have a commercial mindset.
- You can comfortably juggle a few different jobs at the same time.
- You're familiar with risk management.
