Utilising an innovative range of products, Cooling Brothers is a glass company that continues to be an industry leader throughout Australia working with commercial fabricators and smaller companies on a range of different projects. Based out of Epping, we have an opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated Glazier to join our team full time. Salary of $55,000 + super.

**Tasks and Duties**:

- Assess worksite risks and assess before commencing
- Choice of an appropriate glass
- Building the framework for the glass
- Measuring and fitting new glass
- Sealing glass and making everything watertight
- Using a crane with suction cups to lift glass into place
- Working with plastic or laminates, and treatments that make glass safer or stronger
- Ensure proper handling, coating, etching, or trimming as required
- Hack outs where required
- Work with supervisor to plan and manage orders as well as monitor progress
- Recommend techniques to improve efficiency

**Qualifications, education, and experience requirements**:

- Suitably qualified (relevant Cert IV qualification or considerable experience of 3 years in its place)
- At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in a production setting

**Skills/Characteristics Required**:

- Competency across the above tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to caulk
- Ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Drivers licence and car
- White card
- Safety oriented

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 per year
