The Maker Designer Kitchens, part of the ABN Group and located in Bassendean, is Western Australia's largest designer kitchen and stone manufacturer. With over 150 staff across three dedicated premises, we pride ourselves on delivering excellence in quality, service, and innovation — including our in-house glazing division.

We are looking for a Factory Glazier with strong glazing or factory-based experience to join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality glass products. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, with potential for future leadership development for the right person.

The Role

As a Factory Glazier, you will work across various stages of factory production — from glass handling and assembly to dispatch — helping deliver jobs on time, in full. You will be someone who can problem solve on the fly, understand processes, and work confidently on the tools and with digital systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated tradesperson looking to grow and develop their skills further.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Cutting, processing, and assembling glass products (robes, showers, mirrors, splashbacks)

• Reading production documentation and preparing jobs accurately

• Supporting daily production targets and factory workflow

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work area

• Collaborating with team members and assisting in training others where needed

• Using digital tools to manage tasks

A practical, proactive individual with glazing experience and a strong work ethic.

You will bring:

• Hands-on glazing experience

• Confidence working with tools and handling glass safely

• Strong attention to detail and a focus on doing the job right

• Basic digital literacy

• A willingness to take ownership, solve problems, and help improve processes

• A positive, team-focused attitude with an eye toward future leadership opportunities

• A White Card (or willingness to obtain)

A formal trade qualification in glazing is desirable but not essential.
