As our Information Systems Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring Unitywater’s information systems are operating at their best, supporting smooth day-to-day operations while leading system improvements that drive real business and customer outcomes. Reporting to the Information Systems Manager, this role is the linchpin between IT and the broader business, connecting systems, data, and people to help us deliver smarter, more sustainable services to our community.

You'll take the lead on maintaining, optimising and enhancing our core customer information systems, championing continuous improvement, and enabling teams across Unitywater to make confident, data-driven decisions. You’ll also mentor a high-performing team and work closely with business and vendor partners to deliver innovative solutions and seamless system experiences.

This is an opportunity to step into a meaningful leadership role where you’ll help shape the future of how Unitywater uses technology to support customers and communities across the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay.
