As a Support Worker in our team, you will be supported to work beside individuals to build their capacity and assisting with **Admin / Support Coordination duties.**

The role will involve working with a participant who is a successful independent business owner.

You will be required to work in the participant's home, or in the community wherever the need is required so flexibility is a must

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide person-centered support to client, assisting with meetings, taking notes and assisting client to upload these notes, driving to and from appointments
- Provide transportation support in clients own vehicle
- Build rapport and collaborate effectively with the participant, their clients, their families, friends and care team to achieve positive outcomes.
- Client confidentiality

**Essential Criteria**:

- Drivers licence
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disabilities or similar
- Right to Work in Australia 
- Unrestricted Driver's license
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Completion of or willingness to undertake NDIS Worker Orientation and Prevention of Infection Control Training 
- Working with children's
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearence
- Criminal History Check

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.70 - $48.40 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 16 per week

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
