Beta-Wellness sells intelligent premium quality portable spas, swim spas and plunge pools throughout the world and has been in Australia for 25 years. Our Bayswater store requires an enthusiastic, confident and self-motivated junior casual to help expand and grow our small team.
A keen willingness to learn about products and specifications is essential and the
ability to adapt to various challenges within a sales environment and problem-solve on the run is desired.
The applicant must be confident in dealing with customers in a retail environment.
Understand and be confident using computers and CRM/POS/Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with the swimming pool or spa industry would be considered an advantage.

Customer Service
- Please note you will be expected to work a mix of weekdays and Saturdays.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $20.33 - $35.08 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Flexible hours
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bayswater VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
