**Salary**: $70k depending on experience.
Location: Newcastle/ Hunter Valley
Contract: Permanent

**Your new company**
Hays have partnered with a well-established organisation in Newcastle. They are seeking an experienced Marketing Representative to join the team. You will be working with a friendly and established team.

**Your new role**
Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Contribute to state volume, share, and profit targets through utilisation of all relevant resources, market levers and ROI principles.
- Take ownership of individual performance & actively participate in a high-performance team culture to hit and exceed team targets.
- Develop long-term commercial relationships with key customers and leverage these relationships for the commercial benefit and the retailer.
- Utilise data driven insights to develop, implement and evaluate initiatives to provide tangible competitive advantages in an ever-evolving marketplace.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in sales or marketing.
- Marketing or Business qualification desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work with a diverse range of people.
- Thrive in a face-pasted environment.
- Self-directed and motivated approach to your work.
