We are working with a leading full service digital marketing agency in the Gold Coast that makes a real contribution to the businesses they work with. They have built themselves an office in Miami so they can be by the ocean, work with some large international clients that have them flying people overseas to meet They have an excellent reputation in market, have an awesome company culture with the benefits of perks and location, and they value their employees, their opinions and growing their close-knit team.

They are currently hiring a Social Media Advertising Specialist to join their growing team, this person would have the opportunity to develop their career and even lead a team in the near future You would be reporting in to their Digital Lead, a patient mentor that can adapt their management style to suit your needs.

Within the role you will be:

- Working across 20+ clients
- Attending 2+ client meetings per week
- Working across Linkedin, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat
- Researching competitors
- Developing campaign strategies
- Presenting strategies to clients
- Monitoring the performance of campaigns

About you:

- 1-2 years experience in social media advertising
- Agency experience preferred
- Copywriting experience
- Technical capabilities
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to engage with high level clients/stakeholders
- Experience running campaigns across Meta and Linkedin
