Associate Director, International Enablement

**How will I help?**

You will play an important and significant part in the future of a high-performing Business Enablement function within the International Treasury team under Group Treasury. Group Treasury is responsible for the strategic management of the Group’s balance sheet; ensure appropriate balance of risk and reward within the risk appetite and strategy set by the Board; and meets the Group’s regulatory obligations. The International Treasury team has a specific focus on the international market, covering Asia, United States, UK and Europe. This role will be supporting WIB’s international customer offerings and their accelerated growth strategy.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Lead business analysis activities for assigned workstreams under the International Infrastructure Uplift program.
- Elicit and document comprehensive business requirements for all initiatives, and act as the owner of the Business Requirements Document.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including technology teams, in the definition of appropriate solutions to deliver required business outcomes.
- Assist in the formulation of functional specifications / interface mapping, and to provide analysis support to development team during implementation.
- Perform quality checks on solutions delivered, through undertaking required testing, to ensure business outcomes have been achieved.
- Lead and manage change to impacted business groups, ensuring appropriate change activities (e.g. training, user guides) have been completed to minimise impacts to Business as Usual (BAU) teams.

**What do I need?**
- Previous banking experience with current or previous Financial Markets and Treasury knowledge
- Strong analytical ability with an attention to details, and ability to digest information and to make logical inferences
- Good written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent negotiating and influencing skills
- Prior project delivery experience as a Business Analyst is highly desirable.
- Ability to work to tight timeframes, prioritise and manage time across multiple activities
- Self-motivated, highly engaged with other offices, to drive and implement change.
