**The Role**:
As the **Supply and Distribution Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our supply chain, coordinating product distribution, and building strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners. Your focus will be on ensuring the seamless flow of products while maintaining cost efficiency and high standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet business objectives and customer demands.
- Manage procurement, inventory control, and distribution operations to ensure efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand and manage stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement technology-driven solutions to enhance supply chain processes.
- Lead, train, and develop the logistics and distribution team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or distribution (5+ years preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with supply chain software and tools.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
