As the company continues to grow and evolve, we're seeking an P&C Manager to help drive innovative change throughout the business. If you love working hands-on and are seeking greater variety in your next role, this may be the opportunity for you.
This role sits on the SLT and partners closely with the CEO. It's a rewarding opportunity that allows you to develop your level of commercial acumen, as well as influence and drive change throughout the business.
Reporting directly to the CEO, some of your key responsibilities will include;
- Partnering with senior leaders and supporting the whole business across the employee life cycle including remuneration reviews, succession planning, cyclical activities, performance management, award interpretation, onboarding, training & development.
- Managing the recruitment process, focussing on attraction and retention strategies.
- Directly managing the HR Assistant whom will support you with administration tasks.
- Leading HR projects, and initiatives, and focusing on continuous improvement.
- Assisting managers to develop staff through the creation and execution of leadership programs, succession plans and the assessment of organisational goals and development needs.
- Managing ER cases, focussing on building manager capability.
To be successful for this role, you will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or relevant discipline.
- Need to be comfortable being hands-on, working operationally but also have the ability to establish and roll out the People Plan across the business while partnering closely with the SLT.
- Seeking someone with high attention to detail, resilience, maturity, good judgment, genuine, and down-to-earth nature.
- Prior experience within healthcare or not-for-profit would be beneficial but not required.
