**Your Role**

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and enhancement of Planning and Financial systems. You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day Planning system and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enable insightful reporting and analysis that supports business growth and strategic decision-making.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations of the Blueshift Planning system and ERP NAV, including master data management, troubleshooting, and coordination with external consultants as needed
- Develop and manage data warehouses and data cubes to support analytics and reporting
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data needs and provide solutions
- Ensure data integrity and seamless interfaces between systems maintaining accuracy
- Build, maintain, and optimise interactive dashboards and reports including Power BI to support business-wide visibility and decision-making
- Maintain key datasets and reporting layers to ensure high availability and reliability for self-service BI use
- Support Commercial Finance in developing, maintaining, and implementing financial modelling templates to support Sales and Marketing teams
- Ad hoc analysis and functions as required
- Support critical business projects and lead system upgrades and continuous improvements

**About You**

You will have 5 years experience in a Data Analyst or similar role within the FMCG industry preferred.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and Power BI, Power Query and Power Pivot
- Experience with Blueshift or similar planning and budgeting tools required
- Knowledge of Visual Studio would be viewed favourably
- Strong attention to detail with a naturally curious and analytical mindset focused on data accuracy and insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a friendly team
