Dental Assistant/receptionist

**About the role**

**What you'll be doing**
- Assisting dentists during procedures by setting up equipment, passing instruments, and maintaining a sterile environment
- Greeting and welcoming patients, managing patient records, and scheduling appointments
- Performing administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing patient data, and processing payments
- Maintaining a clean and organised dental clinic environment
- Providing high-quality customer service and creating a positive patient experience

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or Dental Receptionist, preferably in a fast-paced dental practice
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using dental software and technology
- Some knowledge of dental software would be highly regarded but is not essential (Preferable Zavy).
- A passion for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of the dental practice

**Experience with Zavy and HICAPS payments will definitely be advantageous.**

Pay: $43,000.00 - $75,620.70 per year
