Job Title: Change Analyst - IT Projects (Retail Industry)

Company Overview: This are a leading national retail organization, renowned for our commitment to customer satisfaction and innovation in the retail space.

As a key player in the industry, they constantly strive to improve their operations and embrace technological advancements to enhance the customer experience.

To support their ongoing growth and digital transformation initiatives, they are seeking a highly skilled Change Analyst to join the team.

Position Overview: As a Change Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the IT-related change projects, ensuring seamless transitions and successful implementations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to assess the impact of change initiatives, analyze business processes, and develop effective strategies for managing change.

Your expertise in change management methodologies, coupled with your technical acumen, will be instrumental in driving the adoption of new technologies and ensuring business continuity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on business processes, systems, and people within the organization.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop change management strategies, plans, and frameworks to facilitate smooth implementation of IT projects.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the change process.
- Provide guidance and support to end-users during the transition period, including training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of change initiatives, identify areas of improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in change management and IT project management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field would be an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Change Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience in managing IT-related change projects, including system implementations and upgrades.
- Proficient in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
