**Role Overview**: As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in driving growth and expanding our presence in short-term letting markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to attract property owners, investors, and guests. Your innovative ideas and passion for hospitality will be crucial in positioning our company as a leader in the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals and business objectives.
- Conduct local market research and oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with head office strategies and adapting them for the Gold Coast market.
- Build strong relationships with local real estate partners and property owners, ensuring smooth collaboration with the head office.
- Support business growth by developing and implementing marketing objectives, policies, and programs.
- Commission and conduct market research to identify new opportunities and enhance existing services.
- Provide strategic advice on marketing elements such as product mix, pricing, promotions, and distribution channels.
- Track performance metrics and regularly report to the head office, offering recommendations to improve search engine performance and overall marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or relevant managemental roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools, including SEO, SEM, and analytics platforms, b
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving market dynamics.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is preferable.
