Apprentice Parts Interpreter

We are currently seeking a **Parts Apprentice **to join our Volvo Cars Brighton team

This is an excellent opportunity for a hard working, customer focused individual who would like to get their foot in the door in the Automotive industry.

**Your responsibilities will be varied and include**:

- Assisting with maintaining an up to date parts inventory
- Correct supply and invoicing of parts sales to internal departments
- Maximising part sales profit margins where possible
- Picking and packing parts
- Ordering parts and Stocking shelving
- Updating parts price lists
- Organising exchange and parts returns

You will have access to a structured apprenticeship program and professional development opportunities.

**About you**:

- You have a strong understanding or interest in how mechanics work
- You enjoy Face-to-face and over the phone customer service
- You enjoy working within a team environment to strict deadlines

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- A desire to learn and grow within the automotive industry
- The ability to carry out instructions as required in a timely manner
- An ability to comply with processes, policies and procedures
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to plan and prioritize work
- To be able to work in a team environment and contribute to organisational goals/targets
