Are you a strong Administrator, looking for that career opportunity that allows you to move into a Support Office role and support a network of stores across Australia?

Based in North Ryde, we are currently seeking a well-organised administrator to become a Services Coordinator for this National Retailer. This key role reporting to the National Services Manager involves managing the administration and coordination for the services function of the business.

The Services Coordinator responsibilities include the following:

- Producing weekly reports
- Coordinating equipment and stationery orders for new services
- Collation of data and stocktakes
- Responding to store queries including:

- Online booking requests
- Equipment requests
- Repairs and Maintenance requests
- Marketing/ signage requests
- Monitoring and tracking OPEX spend
- Invoice processing
- Arranging trials, inductions and training for new services
- Assisting in the coordination of charity events
- Assisting to manage supplier relationships.

What do we need?
- Previous Administration/Operations Coordinator experience
- Store retail experience highly desirable

- Ability to work across multiple projects and prioritise
- Able to communicate across divisions, all levels and in a constructive approach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
