The Lead System Planner provides authoritative advice and senior technical expertise in health system planning and design, and leads the development of technical service planning and system design frameworks and approaches which influence future investment priorities and system directions.
The role requires the ability to communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and to provide deep technical leadership and lead other technical service planning analysts and specialists.
Are you
- A senior technical specialist with deep expertise in leading complex service planning and system design projects;
- Able to synthesise highly technical data to provide authoritative advice and recommendations to colleagues, senior executives, central agencies and Ministers;
- Able to demonstrate highly developed project management skills including delivery of projects with significant technical requirements in the context of complex internal and external stakeholder relationships; and
- Able to provide leadership and guidance to other technical service planning analysts and specialists.
