**About the Role**

**You Will**:

- Lead a team of technical experts, providing empowering leadership and supporting team capability and development.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvements - including direct management of IT/digital vendors and managed service providers.
- Drive process improvements and delivery of projects end-to-end in conjunction with key IT stakeholders.

**About You**:

- Extensive experience managing and using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to enable successful delivery in a large and complex organisation.
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar position managing delivery within IT.
- Hands on experience managing external vendors and managed service providers.
- (Desirable) strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong leadership experience of large teams; providing positive leadership and driving successful outcomes.
