We are looking for 2 x **Contact Centre Agents** to provide support to our patients, medical imaging professionals, and referrers at our **Gold Coast **location on a **Full-time **basis.

This is not just your typical call centre role, you will also engage in a number of medical administration tasks, including:

- Operating the Radiology Information System to book appointments (eg. CT, X-Ray, MRI, Ultrasound) & update patient details
- Maintaining patient records, examination statistics, & related information, and request blood results when required
- Answering incoming phone calls regarding bookings & general enquiries

**About You**

You may be a student in Health, Business or Sales, someone with an interest in the Health/Medical Imaging industry, an experienced call centre consultant, or experienced medical administrator.

**You will also have**:

- An interest in learning more about Health, Radiology, and Medical Imaging
- Previous contact/call centre experience or experience working in a fast-paced environment with KPIs
- A drive to provide customer service that goes above and beyond
- The ability to approach customers with empathy and display resilience
- An ambitious and self-motivated attitude - you enjoy pushing yourself to do great things
